Who we are
SquareBooks is a product of Mobitoss. In these terms "we" means Mobitoss and "you" means the firm, business or person using SquareBooks.
The pilot
SquareBooks is in a pilot. Features may change, and we will tell pilot firms before anything they rely on changes or before any charge applies.
Your data
Your books, documents and records stay yours. You can download them at any time. How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in to yourself, give access only to people who should have it, and check what you file. SquareBooks prepares returns and reports; you and your CA remain responsible for what is filed with the GST portal, the income tax department and other authorities.
Fair use
Don't use SquareBooks to break the law, to harm others, or to try to get into data that isn't yours.
Availability
We work to keep SquareBooks running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything you must have offline.
Not affiliated
SquareBooks is not affiliated with Tally Solutions, the GST Network or any government body. Names of other products are used only to say what SquareBooks works with.
